The formula mixes to a creamy consistency with a unique texture that helps eliminate the need for foil, non-transfer plastic or paper mesh. Rice flour and kaolin clay help form an instant shell during processing that won't dry out, flake or transfer.
Directions: Development time varies depending on level of lift desired and condition of the hair. Recommended mixing ratio is 1:1.5; 1 well rounded scoop of lightener to 1.5 ounces of Paul Mitchell Cream Developer in a non-metallic bowl. Mix well into a creamy consistency. For lightening over resistant or previously coloured hair, foils can be used to help achieve additional lift.
