Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our salon professionals inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
