Directions:

1. Shampoo hair with clarifying shampoo and towel dry.
2. Wrap hair with minimal tension using perm rods.
3. Apply waving solution, saturating each rod evenly.
4. Place a plastic cap over the rods and secure.
5. Process hair for 5-20 minutes (for normal/resistant hair) or 10 minutes (for tinted hair with up to 20 vol).
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water for at least 5 minutes.
7. Towel blot each rod and apply neutralizer.
8. Wait 5 minutes, remove rods gently, and apply remaining neutralizer.
9. Rinse thoroughly for 3-5 minutes.
10. Towel dry and style as desired. Wait 48 hours before shampooing or conditioning.
