Directions: Upon completion of processing and thorough rinsing apply neutraliser to wound perm rods with applicator or sponge, starting from the nape. Each rod should be saturated with neutraliser. Allow a fixing time of 5 minutes. Remove rods gently without stretching the hair and apply neutraliser. Allow a further 5 minutes fixing time. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
